Cancellation  Policy Agreement      

We strongly agree that time is valuable and make every attempt to be ready for your appointment(s) at the scheduled time. In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience for your clients and in consideration of the practitioners’ time, the following policies have been implemented

First Time Clients

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time of your appointment. This allows time to complete paperwork and physically prepare for your service. Each treatment session(s) has a defined time frame and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.

Cancellation Policy and Fees

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our office scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 ($30 for half-hour session). Clients who miss appointments without prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. 

Late Arrival Policy

Each session has a specific time allotment. As such, the practitioner may be unable to accommodate late arrivals receiving the full amount of time for the scheduled service(s). Practitioner’s schedule permitting, a partial or full appointment may be accommodated. Accommodation is at the sole discretion of the practitioner given your advanced notice of late arrival. If late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened to maintain the schedule and the original treatment may be charged.

No Show Policy

The Center of Massage & Wellness understands the occurrence of unanticipated and/or unforeseen events in each of our  lives. Clients who miss their appointment(s) without prior notification may be charged in full for scheduled service(s).
